Moments in Scent is a private, bespoke scent program designed for any event — weddings, corporate gatherings, galas, milestone celebrations, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, and more. The Three-Step Composition
Step 01
Choose Your Foundation
Every composition begins with a private discovery call.
We take time to understand your event in detail — the venue, layout, guest experience, lighting, and the emotional tone you want to create. Whether the atmosphere calls for something romantic, modern, warm, atmospheric, or entirely custom, we identify the direction that aligns with your vision.
From there, we establish the scent foundation — floral, woody, gourmand, fresh, or a tailored blend — structured intentionally to reflect the character of your occasion.
This stage establishes the framework.
Step 02
Refine & Calibrate
Once a fragrance foundation is selected, we refine the composition by layering top, middle, and base notes for balance and longevity.
Custom scent products can be created in multiple formats, including 2 oz candles, 9 oz candles, 17 oz candles, room sprays, and reed diffusers, allowing the fragrance to be tailored to the space and experience.
For events or larger settings, we determine:
• Product format best suited for the venue
• Quantity required
• Strategic placement throughout the space
The goal is a consistent fragrance presence that enhances the environment while remaining balanced and refined.
Step 03
Execute & Archive
On event day, diffusers are placed strategically throughout the venue to create uniform scent distribution.
After the event:
• Remaining oil can be transferred into smaller keepsake diffusers
• Additional units can be ordered as guest gifts
• Your custom formula is archived in our private Scent Vault
This allows you to reorder candles, diffusers, or future installations at any time — preserving the identity of your moment. Your scent becomes part of your history.
