3. Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Receipt of an order confirmation by email does not constitute acceptance of your order by TLCC. TLCC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by payment processors. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, TLCC will issue a refund to the original payment method.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
TLCC stands behind its products and aims to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. Returns or exchanges are permitted for eligible items in accordance with this Return & Exchange Policy. Subject to the conditions below, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after TLCC receives and inspects the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in NEW condition (unused, untested, and in resalable condition).
- Original packaging and all contents, including inserts and accessories, must be included.
- Any promotional items received with the order must be returned with the order.
- If promotional items are not returned, the refund value may be reduced accordingly.
- Items must be returned prepaid and properly insured. TLCC is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments from TLCC are insured. Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders promptly upon delivery and for reporting any damage or non-receipt within 3 business days of the expected delivery date. To facilitate a carrier investigation, customers must retain all original packaging, including shipping boxes and internal packing materials.
Damage or loss claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies. TLCC will coordinate with the carrier and, once the investigation is completed and the claim is approved, a replacement order will be issued. Replacements will be shipped using the original shipping method selected at checkout. TLCC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for failures to report damage or loss within the required time frame.
6. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is issued.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
- Order subtotal $1–$19.99: $6 shipping fee.
- Order subtotal $20–$75: $10 shipping fee.
- Order subtotal $75.01–$149.99: $15 shipping fee.
- Order subtotal over $150: Free shipping.
7. Local Delivery
- A $5 local delivery fee applies to eligible orders.
- Local delivery is typically completed within 5 business days.
- Customers will be notified of delivery timing via text message using the phone number provided at checkout.
- Local delivery is available in Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, and West Bloomfield, Michigan, subject to TLCC’s discretion and scheduling.
8. Local Pickup
- Free local pickup is available for eligible orders.
- Orders designated for local pickup are typically ready within 5 business days.
- Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup, including pickup location details and any applicable instructions.
9. Order Tracking
For shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package, if required by the carrier.
If an order has not been received within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, the customer must contact TLCC using the contact information provided below so that TLCC can assist in reviewing the shipment status and, if necessary, initiate a carrier investigation.
